Summary

• Fix BUG Update Rust crate insta to v1.44.0 #7: Node capture on parent with children captured wrong target (e.g., class_body instead of class_declaration)
• Fix BUG Update actions/checkout action to v6 #8: Nested quantifiers with empty inner arrays found only first outer match
• Add three regression tests covering both bugs

Why

Node/Text capture effects were placed on exit (after children processing), but matched_node gets clobbered by child matches and backtracking. Moving these effects to entry match's post_effects ensures matched_node is still valid from the parent match.
